Was Consecrated to the Episcopate in February 2011 by an Independent Bishop. She says her reason for this was to gain 'patriarchal mainstream modern religion lineages' to add to the ones she already possessed through her own spiritual journey and ancestry, as her own are not accepted and acknowledged by patriarchal mainstream religions, whom she sees no need to gain permission from to do has her ancestors have always done. She used the lineages gained to Charter the more exoteric public side of the Church, meaning she now has a claim to validity on both accounts, this has caused a stir within the Christian community.
Tau Tia L Douglass is also a published Author, her first book having been released in June 2013, Secrets of the Serpent Bloodline - The Unveiling of Profound Esoteric Mysteries, published by her own micro publishers Purple Peacock Publications.
